Seaton Delaval Hall

The Seaton Delaval and Holywell Residents Association have been involved in the National Trust's attempts to buy the hall for the nation. We have raised awareness around the community and helped raise funds for it. We can now announce that The National Trust are now the owners of Seaton Delaval Hall, it is due to open in 2010.

Astley Park

The Seaton Delaval and Holywell Residents Association have been involved in the regeneration of Astley Park since the start. So far we have helped to do the following.

• Create a new and safe childrens section with a skte ramp. climbing wall, football area and more.
  .
• Create new pathways and add more lights and CCTV around the park so it is safe for everyone.
  .
• Help in the build of the Astley Park Community Pavillion in the centre of the park.
  .
• Update the tennis courts.
